HOW DO I RETURN THE PRODUCT?

I HAVE PURCHASED THE PRODUCT AND I WANT TO MAKE A CLAIM ABOUT IT. HOW DID I WORK?
Sorry to hear. It is exceptional for our products to have manufacturing defects. Send us an email with pictures of both the product defect and the entire product. Remember to also add the order number to the email.

THE RACKET HAS GONE FAULTY. WHAT DO I NEED TO KNOW?
Complaints are accepted only in cases related to a manufacturing defect. Damage to the racket caused by hitting objects other than the ball is not covered by the warranty.

ARE THE CORDS COVERED BY WARRANTY?
Normal wear and tear of tendons, for example tendon breakage, is not covered by the warranty.
